Our Expertise
Each of our clients receives a tailor-made design and development service whether the outcome is hand-woven lengths for couture garments, sample products for designer makers to showcase their concepts, creative solutions in transforming surplus/waste materials into luxury textile items, woven soft accessories made from the fleece of small herds of alpaca and rare breed sheep, or seasonal UK-made products for lifestyle brands and home interior stores.
We work with each customer's individual aesthetic, calling on our cumulative knowledge of woven construction, materials, and technical ability to deliver outstanding and often timeless textile products.

The Bristol Weaving Mill was founded by designers for designers and both creativity and craftsmanship will always lie at the heart of what we offer. We believe that good design and high-quality manufacture work together to maximise the lifespan and longevity of any of our possessions.
Similarly it is our belief that material things shouldn't cost the Earth, and as such we are dedicated to exploring local, sustainable, innovative, and traceable materials and processes aiming to limit the impacts of textile manufacture on our planet wherever possible.
